End Homelessness in Centre County

Out of the Cold: Centre County is a low barrier shelter that serves 53% of homeless adults in Centre County, Pennsylvania. I work for them. We serve everyone--those with severe mental illness and substance abuse disorder They are welcome nowhere else. Because I struggled with these issues in the past, I am passionate about what we do. With your sponsorship, I will sleep outside October 10 and post photographs to social media. With your sponsorship and expanded shelter hours, we can provide more case management to give our neighbors the tools they need to succeed--maintain secure housing and end their homelessness for good.
