ShelterFest & Sleep Out Weekend 2024

We are asking a few of our key partners to rally their friends, family, and networks to support our work. By becoming a fundraiser for Out of the Cold Centre County, you will help more homeless individuals in Centre County, and you'll help your friends feel good about doing good.
Starting a fundraiser is easy to do, and it's fun. We'll even give you all the tools you'll need to make a difference. With your help we can ensure that our guests are equipped with basic living skills to improve housing insecurity.

Join us for a day full of local bands, yummy food, and good community on Saturday August 3rd. Live music will be from 11am-7pm. Featuring performances from:

Richard Sleigh and Jerry Zolten and Friends

You can sleep under the stars this night, in tents, hammocks, whatever you want! We will have s'mores, breakfast in the morning, and a lot of fun. This festival and sleep out is to raise awareness of homelessness in our community while raising funds for our shelter! Gather a group of friends to sleep outside with you for just one night and get people to sponsor your sleep out!

So come by Harvest Fields Boalsburg on August 3rd at anytime during the day. ShelterFest admission is free, but there will be venders for you to purchase food and drinks. There will be live music, and we will talk about the shelter, yearly accomplishments and upcoming goals.
